[+] Can someone come and speak at our event or organization?
Yes. We offer a choice of educational programs for civic organizations, business seminars and special events, led by certified professional organizers and certified trainers.
[+] Do you give free estimates?
We offer free consultations within Jefferson and Shelby County. We are happy to work with people in other areas for a small travel fee.
[+] Do you have a Builder/Designer/Organizer Referral Program?
Yes, we do. Please review our Industry Solutions page for details.
[+] Do you help with moving / relocation?
Yes, we help with unpacking and removing boxes, washing dishes, setting up kitchens and putting away clothes. It's best to organize from the start.
[+] Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for our products and services.
[+] Do you sell shelving that I can install myself?
Yes. Our Freedom Rail and Lifetime lines, can be installed by our factory-trained installer or by the average do-it-yourselfer. Classica and Peg Rail lines require a trained installer.
[+] Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. While we discourage going into debt for organizing, we do appreciate that many clients earn points for purchases made with credit cards.
[+] How do I become an organizer?
The NAPO website is a great resource for the organizing industry. Also, Kim co-founded the Alabama Association of Professional Organizers (ALAPO) and suggests their meetings. For more information contact kim@allspacedout.biz.
[+] How do you charge?
Costs vary by each project. We have solutions to fit every budget.
[+] How do your closets compare to other companies?
Our closets are furniture-grade materials, the highest quality and strength sold anywhere. You’re invited to check it out at our design center.
[+] How far will you travel?
Almost anywhere. Outside the Jefferson and Shelby County areas, we charge a small travel fee to cover our expenses. It is calculated per mile outside the county lines.
[+] How long will it take?
Project length varies by each space and each client. Because there are so many variables, we must see the space and discuss the details with you to give an answer. Typically, production can begin within 2-3 weeks.
[+] If a new system is necessary, what do you recommend?
We offer many different solutions depending on your space, needs, budget and design, but we have something for everyone.
[+] My closet needs work. Is a new system necessary?
Not always. While it may sometimes be best to install a new system, our organizers may be able to rework your existing system. We will determine the solution at out initial consultation.
[+] My spouse is making me do this. Is that a problem?
While we are willing to help, full participation and commitment to the process are necessary to achieve any success. Before we can make a change in your space, the change must start within. Remember: You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.
[+] Should I clean up before the consultation? I’m too embarrassed for you to see this!
Are you embarrassed to see a doctor when you’re sick? We are bound by a Code of Ethics to maintain your privacy and complete confidentiality. We make no judgments and recognize that if you were organized, you wouldn’t be calling us in the first place! We need to see the clutter to know how we can help you.
[+] What are the color choices of your closets?
Our Classica line is available in white, bisque, chocolate, cherry and maple. Our Freedom Rail line is available in white, nickel, cherry and maple. Peg Rail is available in natural, antique, modern, raven, white, and unfinished oak. Our Lifetime ventilated wire shelving is white.
